Well, perhaps not middle America. Not yet anyway. And I always feel a twinge of unease when I use the word America to designate only the United States -- but "somewhere in Middle United States" doesn't have the same ring to it. Somewhere in the not so middle continental U.S. would be more accurate. ...>
